Gazelle Freestyle Reviews - Is It As Good As Tony Little Says

Youve seen Tony Little advertise the gazelle freestyle on television and you are wondering if it really is as good as he says it is. The gazelle freestyle is an elliptical trainer that purports to give you a total body workout with low impact. The advertisement for this exercise equipment claims it will help your body burn more calories than any other equipment. The thing is that those who have used it for their exercise routine say that it does live up to its claim.

The equipment weighs about eighty pounds, but it is perfect for a small room or an apartment. When you order it online it does not come assembled, so you will need tools such as a screwdriver to put it together. The instructions are easy to follow and in less than two hours you are all set. It can be folded when you finish to have it out of the way.

The Gazelle freestyle has two pistons you can use to change the resistance levels. It has large platforms for your feet so that it will accommodate a range of sizes. You have to get used to using the machine because you may find it hard to keep your balance until you know how to adjust yourself.

It is designed to accommodate up to 350 pounds, so it isnt like one of the other machines that are designed for small people. You can use the machine to walk the same as you would on a treadmill and the easy gait makes you feel as if you are swinging. It is extremely quiet and even comes with a video to help you set up your own fitness routine.

Some of the complaints that users have with this exercise equipment is that it is so heavy. Some say it is not as easy to fold as is advertised and it tends to squeak. Many people have found that the heart monitor included in the package is not accurate, the cupholder is badly designed and it is really hard to change the piston for the resistance levels. Most users leave it set to aerobic workout.
