Top 3 Ways to Stick to Your HCG Diet With Recipes

So you took the plunge with HCG too? It is a great and rewarding experience. Now that I am through with my weight loss journey with HCG I feel amazing. Throughout the program there were many times where it got really tough. You can't escape the lure of junk food. Junk food advertising is all around us. It is on television, on the radio, on the internet, and on billboards. But there is light at the end of the junk food tunnel.

1. The first way that I try to resist the urge to eat junk food is to just imagine something disgusting and try to link the two together. It sounds gross, but it is effective. If you look at something and just think only how delicious it is, that will make the resistance much harder than it has to be. Also do not look at the food and just think about how much you miss it. That's one of the biggest mistakes dieters make. If you link the sight of the food with happier times, you will only depress yourself and most likely will indulge in it.

2. Don't forget to drink a gallon of water each and every day. One of the biggest things I've learned from the HCG diet is you must drink a gallon of water every day. The more water that you drink the less likely you are to become hungry and the more weight you are going to lose. Some people I've talked to just hate the "taste" of water (or the lack thereof) so my suggestion is to buy those packets of Crystal Light to pour into bottled water. You're still drinking water, but it'll taste better than just plain water.

3. By far the easiest way to stick to your diet is to find HCG diet recipes that you enjoy eating. When you are eating something that actually tastes good you don't think about pizza or hamburgers. The best thing to do is find a wide variety of HCG diet recipes and mix it up as much as possible. Do not eat the same thing every day, or you will quickly get burned out and want that junk food you see advertised.
